terms and condition for invoice
Thank you for choosing Vanijya Technology for your web design and software development needs. To ensure clarity and transparency, please note the following important points regarding invoicing and payments:
- Server Fee: If the server fee is not explicitly mentioned in the invoice, it remains the responsibility of the customer to cover this cost.
- Advance Payment: A 40% advance payment is required before project commencement. The remaining balance can be settled at the time of project deployment.
- SSL Certificate: If an SSL certificate is included in your package, it will be provided for a duration of 1 year from the project deployment date.
- Additional Costs: Any costs not specified on the invoice must be borne by the customer.
- Refund Policy: Once payment has been made, refunds are not provided. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Customers are encouraged to discuss alternatives with us, and any decisions regarding alternative services will be made by the company.
- Non-Payment: Failure to make payments as outlined in the invoice may result in project delays or suspension until payments are rectified.
- Delayed Payments: In the event of delayed payments beyond the agreed-upon terms, Vanijya Technology reserves the right to apply a late fee or suspend work until payments are brought up to date.
